Known Issues:

16 bit colors: If the counting does not start, and the colors in Heartsman cards' symbols seems to
be not completely black and/or red, try to change the resolution to 24 or 32 bits. Right click on the desktop,
select properties->settings->color quality.Typically this appears as if the clubs and spades are not counted.

Make sure Your system fullfills these requirements:

MS Windows Operating System, version 98, ME, 2000 or XP
MS Internet Explorer, version 5 or 6, counting in other browsers are also supported, but links and login are not tested.
MS DirectX, version 6.1 or newer
16, 24 or 32 bit colors
It is recommended to use 800x600 or higher resolution
Heartsman supports 96x96DPI (Normal) and 120x120DPI(High) Dots Per Inch graphics

Error messages at startup, and how to fix:
"ddraw.dll was not found"  -   Install or update to latest version of DirectX
"Can not find Internet Explorer in C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer"  -  Install Internet Explorer in default location
"Could not connect to Internet."   -  Connect to internet before starting Heartsman
